I bought a set of 5 studded Nokian CS in the stock 185-R14 size a year ago for my Westy and used them all winter with good results. I also bought a set of 5 Nokians (different ones) for my Subaru and they were great. Noisier than regular road tires but not terrible. I was going to get them through a local (Seattle area) dealer but thought they were quite expensive so just for fun I asked what they cost from a dealer in Vermont and they were a little over half the price, about $85 ea if I recall, including studs. And no tax. That dealer is http://www.gosstire.com/ They had them in stock and shipped right away. The local ripoff guy said he had to order them from Finland!
