NO, this isn't why I hate paypal, they are just doing their thing They have
nothing to do with the scams.
I hate Paypal because they randomly changed my address to "Unconfirmed"
thereby setting off all sorts of crap when you want to buy something from
someone who demands a "certified" address.
What a pain in the ass these people are.
