Daniel Sit down with her and have a good, open, honest face to face talk. Show by your actions and words that you respect her and yourself and tell her what you truly feel and if necessary, why. Thank her for her companionship, friendship and what ever else she gave to you, wish her well in her life's journey and follow your heart. Do it all with care and respect and you will have nothing to cause you guilt or shame as you move on with your life.
