Well, not using the driver's door, anyway. For those who missed my earlier post, here it is again with some minor changes: The drivers door in my '85 Westy suddenly wouldn't latch. I depressed the locking plunger to see if that would keep the door closed until I got it home. Well, it did. Now pulling the plunger up doesn't unlock it (or allow it to unlatch) causing me to have to exit elsewhere. Using the key I can raise and lower the plunger but the door still doesn't unlock (or unlatch). Is this going to be a bear to get to with the door shut? Anyone ever had this type of problem? Thanks, Mike '84 GL 7 pass '85 GL Westy (please use other door) |
