I am talking about the two upper bolts that hold the alternator adjusting bracket. And yes you do need to take the belt off along with the intermediate shaft pulley to get those bolts in there without bending the inner timing belt cover. If the inner timing belt cover is bent then it rubs on the intermediate pulley causing a very annoying noise.
