hey all, on my 87 syncro westy i am restoring i started her up today to find dome extremely loud lifter noise. i ahve not ran her for a week. there is 20/50 castrol syntec in her, mahle filter. weather is about 30-40 degrees out. i just got her running a few weeks ago sfter she sat for about a month and at that time there was no lifter noise. i let her run for about ten minutes no calming of the lifters. i am positive it is the lifters. what is going on? thanks jason
