Austin, Ditto Marks response about the ECU. Worth checking the Voltage to the fuel pump relay from the ECU, difficult to measure as the signal only last for about 10 second/key cycle. What I am getting at here is the possibility of a bad ground on the ECU to body circuit. Will show up as low or no voltage to the fuel pump relay. Good luck Phil Z.
