I have also had success with both the Bosch Platinums and the +4's. Been
using either since 30K. Now at 208K.

  Interesting information.  I have been running Bosch Platinum
tipped plugs for many years in my stock '85 vanagon L, with good
results.  Maybe my coil is unusual?  They seemed to work ok in
my old Horizon, now sold, and in the daily driver Neon also.....
