My curiosity got the better of me and I followed the link below. It was an interesting article, and for the most part, I agree with it, however, what the heck is the "Deutsches Methode" (DM)??

I've been in the German car repair business since the 70's, and I've never heard of the "Deutsches Methode". So I asked my father who is German, and a VW & Mercedes factory trained mechanic, and he's never heard of the "Deutsches Methode". I Googled "Deutsches Methode", nothing.

It sounded so official, I just had to check.

Figured it was some kind of Frydaye thing.
