Are you implying that I'm an anal retentive German?

After studying your email, running it through several cryptographic programs, analyzing the complete header and checking all the grammar, I can only assume that you haven't thought this through completely. Us Germans are the most carefree, live life on the edge, to hell with the consequences people on the face of the Earth...

If you don't believe me, I have volumes of data to back up that claim.

Cheers,

Herr Prof. Dr. Jeff

No offense meant here in relation to your Germanic heritage: I interpreted this as a tounge-in-cheek reference to the methodical approach noted in German engineering, some might say anal retentive. As an analogy your research into DM might be viewed as DM. Again no offense at all intended.

Happy Friday! I get two whole days to work on my van this weekend, YEA!!!

My curiosity got the better of me and I followed the link below. It was an interesting article, and for the most part, I agree with it, however, what the heck is the "Deutsches Methode" (DM)??

I've been in the German car repair business since the 70's, and I've never heard of the "Deutsches Methode". So I asked my father who is German, and a VW & Mercedes factory trained mechanic, and he's never heard of the "Deutsches Methode". I Googled "Deutsches Methode", nothing.

It sounded so official, I just had to check.

Figured it was some kind of Frydaye thing.

Cheers,

Jeff
