Larry,

If your traveling in Mexico does that mean this dog is a bobble-head Chihuahua? If so, you should be fine with out papers or shots, except those that you may need for yourself. I can't wait to see the photo's of the Roadhaus when you leave Mexico, steerhorns on the front, serape seatcovers, baling wire for the muffler hangers, mismatched tires & wheels, mutli-colored paint scheme, fuzzy dice, chickens on the roof, an old steer following behind on a rope, etc.
