Zoran, you sure?  If that's the case, what are the 2 switches located on the master cylinder for?  I presume they are the pressure switches that control the brake lights.  This van has cruise, the pedal switch I assume is for the cruise control.  Correct me if I'm wrong.

The switches that control the brake lights are not on
the M/C.  They are mounted where the peda comes to
rest.  It sounds like your switch is sticking...
