Look people, ignore this baseless prohibition. The pink color is used to identify Teflon tape which is 1 mil thicker than the white variety. Applied properly, either one will work. There is also yellow colored Teflon pipe tape. I especially like the pink when applied to black pipe. It gives the run of pipe that ever popular 50's retro look. George |
