The right-hand piece can be seen in illustration 38-00 (MG:2, SG:56) as part
071 256 304 B, though a better picture is at 19.2 in the Bentley. This
bolts to the fan housing in 2 places, one of which is the "front" of the fan
housing, and this latter bolt can be a real PITA to get in. (Probably why
this hanger frequently gets left out in rebuilds.) The left-side bracket(s)
can also be seen here as item 11 (071 256 303 B) for Federal or item 12
(Part number unknown) for California.

The fan shroud has tow holes at the bottom, so it looks like it could
accommodate two such brackets. I assume that the go between the fan shroud
and the where the crossover pipe mounts to the heat
