Think of the air fare and hotels he could have been in for all the money spent on the resto and conversion!

Wow... somebody went to all the trouble of restoring a camper, including an engine conversion, then handed the keys to this guy? That's the villain of the piece, sentencing a fine piece of machinery to mistreatment at the hands of the clueless...

As for the guy telling the story, he'd be better off with a Kia and a tent. ;-)
