Chris,

How many of us can send you an address and have you still be willing to burn the CD and ship it to us for free? (Mine is below.)

Time to burn, cost of CD, cost of shipping envelope and protective slip for the CD, time to package and address, plus postage.

Frank does all this for the $10. He therefore isn't be charging anything for the contents. If you figure in anything for his time, he clearly is losing money and maybe is anyway.
