Subject: 87 Transmission Wanted
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"; format=flowed

Hi,

The transmission in my 87 Westy started acting up during the summer...it was difficult to get into 3rd gear...but then the problem seemed to go mostly away. A month ago or so, the transmission developed an annoying hum, especially in 3rd and 4th gear...

So now I'm looking for a replacement....

Anyone have a lead on a decent 4 speed transmission in the New England area?

Thanks.

Ric
