The time to burn the cd is moot: put a cd in, set up the program (1 minute), walk away. Come back in ten minutes (12x burner) and it's done. A spindle of 100 cds is about $10 on sale so that's 10-15 cents for the cd. I bought the shipping envelopes for about 50 cents each at the post office. I buy protective sleeves dirt cheap (like 200 for 5 bucks, just paper deals) from OfficeMax. Time to package, address and drive to the post office: 15 minutes (for me anyways). The farthest I remember sending one was to Canada (I'm in Michigan) and it wasn't more than $2.50 postage. I remember I sent out 6 cds and altogether it wasn't more than $15.

Someone send me the latest ETKA and I'm willing to send out 10 copies, plus I'll report back to the list the average cost it was to send them out.
