IMHO: Selling ETKA is an ethical issue. On one hand, I agree that Frank is probably not making too much money selling a few copies at $10 each, on the other hand, does he really have the right to sell it at all (regardless of the price)?

Perhaps we could start a free ETKA society. I haven't looked into it, but I doubt if it would be very difficult to create a downloadable copy of ETKA. That way anyone with enough bandwidth (or patience) could get a copy. The bandwidth impaired could borrow a copy and reimburse the sender for shipping (if necessary).
