I have looked through the archives and Bentley and been left stymied in my attempts to remove the inside door panel. I have to replace the power mirror on the passenger side. I have a candidate for the replacement. 1. How do I remove the window crank? 2. Are there any other impediments to removing the panel once the crank and handle are removed? (I do not have the armrest that shows up in Bentley diagrams.) 3. Once the panel is off, do I have to remove the plastic film that protects against moisture? If so, can I reattach the same piece of film? With what type of glue? Thanks, Tim Beidel South Portland, ME 1987 Syncro Westy |
