Not all. It is in a higher spot so you might lose a gallon and a half but not all. Just put a bucket under it. This hose is done by undoing both clamps and pushing the hose back onto the plastic pipe a few inches so that you can get past the coolant distributor nipple. Then pull it off. It can be a pain. As Haynes loves to say "Installation is reverse of removal!" Have a great Thanksgiving!
