Hey Jason,

I used to have a 78 loaf with an aftermarket conversion --- it had a full width bed and I always thought that the bigger bed was worth not having the Westy cabinets. Then I got an 84 Westy and love the storage space and don't miss the wider bed at all. Though I did switch wives as well as campers and maybe that has something to do with not caring about the width of the bed :-)

Cheers, Doug
