Also, may I add, (after just reading the moderators post), I understand that policies are policies, and I'm glad that its not me that has to make them, But, that, my deal was thru auto trader, not ebay. And what about this scenario? That nice white 88 Westy With the blown engine in it, about two weeks ago on the list, that was posted by a list member for a friend, The owner was going to sell it for a song, and, because of the post to the list, received about 48 replies. The fellow responded to me that (to Paraphrase) he had no idea that Vanagons were so popular. And that he had put the Westy sale on hold. (To reconsider its value?) question; Where does this start, and where does it end? Can we only sell what we own on the list? And will the policy stop listers from posting for their friends, family and acquaintances as well? I`m not trying to ruffle feathers here, just putting it out there. JC...
