Sorry, Chris, I can accept neither your selective brand of economics nor your implied vilification of Frank.

You claim the "facts speak for themselves". These are not facts, they are selective and highly subjective distortions. You have put a value of $0.00 per hour on Frank's time, which is an insult, no more and no less. Try putting a value of $0.00 per hour on your own time and then tell us how you intend paying the mortgage.
