Can someone sell me a seat belt bracket, with an intact plastic catch/release mechanism for the right-hand side of the pair of central passenger seats in a '90 Vanagon GL?

This is a thick, dog-legged piece of steel that bolts to the seat base and has the seat belt catch assembly on the end.

The catch on mine self-destructed and hurled all of it's springs and catches to parts unknown. --
