Subject:      s there an easy way to swap side windows?

I would like to swap out the side windows from my parts Carat van over to my
Syncro. Is there a way to do this reusing the old gaskets? The Bentley book
knowledge only describes cutting out the old gasket and replacing with new. I
still have alot of Carat parts left including a good 2.1 engine and Auto
transmission so email if your looking for anything and make an offer. Thanks, Joe in
