Um, do you mean the buzzer for when the key is in the ignition and the DOOR is open? (otherwise, that would be a really annoying situation....) There is a relay on your fuse panel that is, in fact, the buzzer. It's one of the first things I pull in my Vanagons, but that's just me. The location varies for various years...in the later years, its way up near the top in the center. Can't mistake that relay for any other relays as it is the only one with a speaker grill...
