Hello, I have a '90 westy that I am restoring to its original beauty. I have taken the stove/sink/fridge out to get at some details (ie fan and thermostat for it). While I have it out, the knob for one of the stove burners has been sheered off by the PO. How the hell he did that I will never know. but I figure that this is the right time to take it apart to replace it. Any one have any experience with the removal of the stove burners? Or can I simply just replace the knob end itself? I have looked in my benltley and have seen nothing relating to the removal of the gas apparatus. \TIA.
