Try a few of the major high end bicycle mass marketers:

Performance Bicycles - I've been shopping with them for years, both
mail-order and at their store in Baltimore.  Racks are under the Bike
Transport category and there is quite a selection.  Their house brand
stuff is very good.  Currently there is a 4 bike hitch mount rack
reduced from $109.99 to 79.99.  Look under Holiday Sale, Bike Transport.

Another good source is Bike Nashbar, although a quick glance doesn't
reveal any great deal at this moment.  I bought from them numerous times
in the past also.  They have outstanding deals on a regular basis when
they list items in their clearance sales, so it pays to watch the
website if you are interested in a rack or other bicycle related goodies.

Both of these companies send out regular catalogues also once you get on
their mailing list..

Almost every time the discussion of bike racks comes up there are better
deals and more choices for bike racks at these vendors than at the VW
vendors.
