The territory of each state is divided into districts based on population. Each district has one seat in the House of Representatives. Each of us gets to vote for only that representative for the district in which we reside. In addition we get to vote for both Senate seats in our state. That makes 3. I perhaps should have also said '3 elected representatives who can vote on Federal tax legislation' but I was trying not to be any more wordy than I already was. Mark "John D.
