I use Bilstiens on the front and KYB gas adjusts in the back on my 84 Westy. I think this setup reduces porpoising effect during hard braking and the ride handles better as well.....pot holes and cracks in the road are a little harsh but that could be my Yokohama 356's tires which are Load range D...they are hard as a rock, even when inflated to 45psi.
