There are various versions of Westy bed that came stock in Vanagons. At least 4 are full width in the bed/bench part. Any of these can be easily added to empty interior.

80,81 Westy poptop, no stove or true fridge, has sink and water tank, full width Westfalia bed/bench 84 Wolfy, passenger van, full width Westfalia bed 85,86,87 Wolfy Westy poptop, no kitchen, has side table, full width Westfalia bed/bench 87 on Wolfy passenger models, jump seats, full width Westfalia bed

The 80,81 Westy interior is probably the best starting point for what you want. It has a smaller kitchen cabinet that does not prevent the use of the full width bed. The water tank is a different shape and fits entirely below the bench/bed on the driver's end. It has an icebox below the the sink. The icebox is exactly the same dimensions as a Westy 3 way fridge and can be replaced with a fridge unit if desired. A westy stove can be added to the smaller kitchen also.
