I know nothing about "Camper Insurance" but I would not be surprised if the
premium is contingent on the amount of time the camper is registered for use
each year.  Some states offer partial year registrations which allow you to drop
liability and collision coverage, while retaining comprehensive coverage
during the period the vehicle is idle.  I do this with a car I park each year from
November until May.  Of course, should you use the car during the period you
claim it is stored, you're hanging you ass out in the wind.
