Like virtually all of the English carmakers, their shoddy quality
shot them down. Leyland is gone, though a few of its subdsidiaries
remain... making foreign cars!


Pretty much all of the "English" badges now are screwed onto Japanese
or German-designed cars. Except Rover, which floundres on building
trash which only the English would buy.
