Remove the metal trim covering the rug at the door openning (5 or 6 screws). Then lift the rug starting in the corner behind the drivers seat. You don't need to remove it, you only need to get it behind the middle seat and laying over the rear seat. Then find a padding section that runs from the middle seat to the door and remove that section. Remove the 4 bolts holding the middle seat and slide the seat out. And lookout, it weights a lot. Then you should put the padding back in place and lay the rug down again and you're all set.
