G'day Jay, Mathew, Eric, Thanks for your response. I checked the O2 sensor for shorts or bad wiring and found none to be present will be replacing the Temp II sensor today and will see how that goes. To add to the list of things done. Also replaced O2 Sensor, Spark Plugs as well as a compression test and all cylinders showing 145psi even which I forgot to mention sorry. Could it be carbon build up not letting valve sit right?

Sounds more like right about the time the FI goes closed loop. Look for short in O2 sensor wire or the Temp II sensor.
