Z Products went out of business early this year. They were the only ones I know of who made a kit for turning an existing passenger bench seat into a sofabed. It sold for about $300.

I do have a "poor man's Z-bed kit," however, that I import from Europe. It doesn't use your existing rear bench seat. Instead you have to make a bench seat with plywood, foam, and the fabric of your choice (dimensions provided). The kit gives you the hinges and hardware that turn this into what the Europeans call a "rock and roll bed" - that is, one that lifts up and outward, ending up flush with the rear deck, the same as a Westy. While this certainly involves more work (as you must make your own seat rather than using the existing VW one), the price is a lot cheaper (and it's still available). It's $95 with listmember discount.
