Subject:      Instrument Cluster Won't Illuminate

What would cause the instrument cluster not to illuminate when the headlights are turned on? I have checked the bulbs that light up the tach and speedo and they appear to be fine. It worked fine until fellow listee's Hooper and Puzerenski took the cluster off to replace my heater cables on Saturday.
