Ahhh,but the bars to which Bob refers are not nearly as substantial as the ARB ones.I paid $650Aus for mine 11 years ago when the van was new so if you can get one in 2003/04 for circa $700 I don't think there's that much to complain about.

I don't have a website but I do have pics of the bar (albeit painted black) on my van.If anyone wants to see one, email me and I'll send you a pic early next week when I'm back at work.

BTW,if emailing ARB in Oz,refer to the vans in question as VW Transporters or even Caravelles '80 to '92.The cheesy V-word was never used outside the Nth American market...;)

Anyway,if you wanna pic,lemme know...
