Vanagain sells a kit ($53) that includes all the hose and clamps you'll need plus instructions. This will take care of all the long hoses from the firewall to the pressure regulator, to both fuel rails and the short pieces between the rails and injectors. You'll need a sharp knife, a screwdriver and some means of removing the crimped on collar clamps on the injectors -- I removed my injectors from the engine and used a Dremel tool. I replaced the injector seals at the same time -- they're cheap and you're already there anyway. Ken recommends removing the plastic fitting in the firewall and running the long piece from the hard tubing just above the bell housing to the pressure regulator. This eliminates a couple of potential failure points -- into the plastic fitting, out of the plastic fitting and the fitting itself.

The whole process took maybe an hour.
