There are financers out there that will give him a loan for about 24%, maybe up to 30%. If he can do that for a year or two, he may then be able to refinance when he has a credit history. If he's been paying a phone bill and utilities, those are also part of a credit history. He should be able to get his leasers, apt. owners he's been paying rent fees to, to provide him letters of reference directly related to their history with him. My $0.02 Bob Stevens
