Hmm...actually, I think you might be right.  I'm not sure where I got the
impression it was up above the spare tire.  The Bentley isn't too clear about
its location and it's too cold out to make me want to go poke around under
the dash of my diesel. ;)  I'll copy the list in on this so someone can
straighten us out. ;)
