I think you will find the MT 90 is the way to go. I have been running it in my manual trannies for a number of years. I drain the transaxle every to years, just as a matter of course. This last time, about 3 months ago, the MT90, while being some 2 yrs - 3 months old, was very clean, clear, with almost no suspended metals particles.

I also now use Mobil 1 15W30, along with Mahle oil filters.
