Volks, Proofing request. Some of you may remember that I recently began compiling a "North American Repair Shop Data Listing". The data came from Vanagon.Com, Syncro.Org, EV Update.com, BTDT at vanagonauts.com, my database and your recent submissions. Reference the November posting "Call for North American Repair Shop Data" Thank You One and All for the tons of shop reviews you submitted. To date we have over 290 listings in the US and Canada. Since it's inception the document has been expanded to include Repair Shops, Parts Sources & Salvage Yards. Here's the draft document: http://www.roadhaus.com/shops.html I still have a little editing to do, but pretty minor stuff. So now "I NEED YOUR HELP" .... Please take a moment and look it over. Especially the reviews you submitted or shops within your geographical area. Email corrections or new info to: RoadGuy@Roadhaus.Com The intent ... - Create ONE DOCUMENT that will be our reference for VW Shops while on the road. - Have "One Point of Contact" to send new data to. - Will be continuously updated. - Post a brief summary of your own experiences (good or bad). - Shops for Busses, Vanagons & Eurovans (WBX and AC. - Includes Repair Shops, Parts Sources & Salvage Yards. - Shops in all of North America (US, Canada & Mexico. - Make this document available to all VW lists or groups for posting or linking at their discretion. Many, many thanks to Steve Schwenk of Syncro.org, Ron Lussier of Vanagon.com, John Meeks of BTDT and Rick Gordon of EV Update for their much appreciated help and encouragement.
