i doubt that they will have them at the dealer, they will want to sell you a complete wheel cylinder or caliper. you can try auto zone or your local auto parts sometimes they will have them, but finding ones for vw's can be hard. if i remember they might be able to order them but don't stock them. you could always find the local brake parts rebuilder and see if they have a line on a supply, or go to the local bone yard and scavenge some. 200 high hertz taps with a hammer and or punch, and some heat will general get them out without stripping them.
