Scott, why are you spraying down with WD40. It is a water displacement agent. WD40 -- Water Displacement test batch #40!!!!

Get some Marvels Mystery Oil and soak that sucker. BE SURE it is Marvels Mystery OIL and not one of the other Marvels products. MMO is a fine grade penetrating oil that really does a job of reaching into hard to reach places to break things loose.
