You should be able to buy those high outputs bulbs at any decent FLAPS. The square headlight Vanagon's use standard 9004 bulbs and most FLAPS carry those in many different versions with the highest being 100W high beams and 80W lows. Shouldn't cost you more than $8 or $9 each. If they try to charge you more than that, send me an email and I'll sell them to you for $7 each...

The relay upgrade is a really good idea, especially if you plan on putting high wattage bulbs in.
