Did you check your rotors for flatness? Likely they are worn. If you have enough left, you can have them turned. Also, very importantly, you need to place some type of anti-squeak mechanism on the pads. Usually this is the gluelike compound you can get at any parts store. You can also get self-adhesive pads that perform the same function, but these are harder to find.
