Congrats Ron, that must have been a big project. I tried the same thing in my 85 a while back. I built the motor mount system and attached it with the Esslinger adapter kit. That's about as far as I got. The van sat in that state for nearly 3 years before I sold the 2.3 parts off. I would be very interested to know how the van handles and sits with the 550 lb lump back there. Also KEP told me the 2.3 is not good in a box because of vibration problems. I think these issues could be addressed, let us know.. PS, Show us some pics of the engine mount system if you have any!
