That is one hell of an assumption. Why don't we just round the conductor resistance off to 0.87096774194 ohms then your argument will prove that the lights won't work at all. By the way, your calculation is wrong; the voltage drop across 0.5 ohms at 15.5A is 7.75 V. What bullshit.
